Scarlet Garcia

At around 1am, I heard a siren around our area. Not sure where exactly it was coming from but I know it’s close by.
In Umagang Kay Ganda this morning, it was in the news! Scarlet Garcia was found dead in her apartment. Scarlet also known as Bianca, happened to be my brother’s classmate back in High School. She was also one of the FHM cover girls.
At this moment, they still don’t know the purpose of whoever did it. She was found dead along with 3 other friends. Read the news here.
