It doesn’t matter how many, but there has to be someone to reciprocate your love.

No one is born to live alone. Everyone is destined to be with someone. Someone you could rely on in times of needs. Someone you could lean on in times of troubles. Someone who could make you laugh when you feel sad. Someone who is always there for you. It doesn’t matter who, but there has to be someone…

I knew from the beginning, I wasn’t born to be alone. I am destined to be with someone. And another one. Who knows there will be another one or two or three in the future… But what makes me look forward to opening my eyes everyday is “my family”. The only thing I could call my own. I don’t need ownership documents and lawyer to make everything legal. I only need them and their love - just the three of us to make an ideal home work.

Meant to be? Well, everyone has their own stories to share. Some are unique. Some are common. Some remain incomplete. I’d say our story is a little different among others. Unique in its own way. Common with all its pain. But just like in a fairy tale, ours had a happy ending. An ending that continues another beginning. Despite the distance, we still survive.
