Weekly Question #6 +
Published June 29th, 2008 in Friends, Memes, Weekly Question.First, I would like to apologize to Teacher Julie for not being able to participate from the last 3 WQs. You know how busy it could get when your husband is around whom you have not seen and been with for quite a while. So I guess I am forgiven and excused heehee!
Anyway, this weeks WQ is:
Can you describe yourself as a friend? Or how do your friends describe you as a friend?
Overacting. Lola. Manang. That’s how my friends tag me. And I have to agree. I guess it’s because of the fact that I am the 2nd to the eldest among my cousins (paternal), and in some ways I play the same role to my friends > their adviser.
But when I give out advice, I tend to over react. That’s according to them. Kaaway nila, kaaway ko din daw. I get carried away and affected when they tell me every detail resulting to becoming an overacting friend. Hehe! Plus they say that I still possess the “manang” or “lola” attitude. I preach when I think they go over limit.
Please excuse but I don’t think I can describe myself as a friend. I would suggest that you read the testimonials that some of my closest friends left for me here. Here’s one from my bestfriend, Chel.
i call her michelle….chelle and i have been friends since our childhood years and maintained to be friends until now… si mitch as her other friends fondly call her ay isang mabuting anak at o.a. na kaibigan, mabait na anak dahil she works abroad to provide the needs of her family, although rewarding in a way dahil dun nya na meet soon to be hubby nya na si DEREK!!!!Actually im a little bit sad coz i wnt be able to be with her sa wedding day nya and that’s the only event of her life that i will be missing out…tsk…tsk..tsk! As a friend…over acting….kasi naman pati kagalit mo kaaway na rin nya! hehehe! pero in fairness, i cant remember any instance na nagkatampuhan o nagkagalit kami nyan…kahit MASUNGIT yan! e pano naman hinde ko sya pinapatulan! hehehe, kidding aside, i love michelle so much she’s like a sister to me, i wnt be me if it wasn’t for her! she know’s me very well….. Deye is fine, when she realizes that Dada is no longer around saka lang nagtatanong, she’s better than before na puro hanap. Nalilibang na kasi and she understands na why Dada isn’t here with us. Ang isasagot lagi Dada is in the airplane.
hahahaha oo sometimes OA kami sa friends ko…aahhh well…ganyan talaga basta close na close…silliness talaga ang gawa…
