Know your web stats

A blog is nothing without readers and visitors, even lurkers could help your blog make a difference. But how do you measure your web stats? I have been using StatCounter for our Company’s website and it really does a good job. Because of that, I have also created a separate account for my blogs, of course to keep track on who visits my blogs and how many actually does. It sends me a weekly report that mentions the number of unique, returning and first time visits. It also gives almost all the information that you need to know about your web stat, such as:

Popular Pages
Entry Pages
Exit Pages
Came From
Keyword Analysis
Recent Keyword Activity
Recent Came From
Search Engine Wars
Exit Links
Exit Link Activity
Downloads
Download Activity
Visitor Paths
Visit Length
Returning Visits

It’s very easy, all you need to do is create a free account with StatCounter, add project/s (your blogsite or website), install StatCounter plugin, and that’s about it, you can start logging into your account anytime night or day to monitor and view your visitors and stats in real-time!

hahaha i don;t even know my stats. that is why when DAs asked about my stats, i cant give them anything. will try this one. thanks!

This is so nice ah! I only rely on blogger’s stat tab as well as Google Analytics to know my stats. Will sign up on StatCounter though. Thanks for sharing sis! :)

My hubby sets up all the things in my blog. I just literally write. I’m not so familiar with all these things but I saw a statcounter in my page. Thank you for this info as it helped someone like me not so familiar with this.

I have no idea about this until you shared :) Currently opening the StatCounter on my tab. lol
