A 34-year old proud ex-Overseas Filipina Worker, turned Stay-at-home-mom working mom to two beautiful girls, Derelle and Erchelle. The need to sustain my immediate family back home brought me to work there 10 years ago. I tried to strike a balance between the responsibilities of a wife and mom and the demands of my job in the Middle East. But as they always say, home is where the heart is. There maybe big decisions that I have to make in the future, but I know in my heart that this is where I really belong - my home.

Cook With Mitch > A wanna be. I’m warning you “try my recipes at your own risk!” LOL! Honestly, I’m one of those unfortunate ones who doesn’t even know to cook rice the traditional way hehehe! But I’m trying…. very hard. The recipes that you’ll see in this blog has been tested, so far no one has reported a stomach ache nyahahaha! They are still alive and kicking my #!@ for making them eat those. Kidding! Try it! You’ll love it!
