Delegation at work

The purpose of delegation at work is supposedly to help get things done but what happens when you delegate and still the work is not done? That would definitely give you stress especially when the bosses are breathing on your neck.

Handling a subordinate who does not function well is a problem. Well, that’s how I see it. And when you cannot do something about it, all you can do is hold on promotional stress balls here, while seated.
