How did you do that?

One of my work colleagues asked me last time “How did you lose weight fast? I answered right away “nag-iisip ako” and she was like “Ah so are you trying to say I don’t use my brain?” LOL!

Kidding aside, I didn’t do anything to lose weight. I meant, not deliberately. I think it’s my daily routine that made me lose. I get tired, exhausted and stressed and never got to sleep straight at least 6 hours.

I’m so thankful that I already lost about 4 kgs since the last time I weighed myself. 2 months I think! Good progress huh?
