MMK on its 20th year

I am a big fan and an avid follower of Maalaala Mo Kaya aka MMK since then.

Maalaala Mo Kaya (lit. Would You Remember) is a Philippine drama anthology series broadcast on ABS-CBN every Saturday evening and being hosted by Charo Santos-Concio. Currently, it became the longest-running drama anthology on Philippine television.[1] The program features weekly real life stories or anecdotes of common people or even famous celebrities and personalities through letter sending.

Call me senti but MMK had somehow became my companion over the years when I was still an OFW. Had it helped me feel better? Not so, as most of the stories are about true to life drama encounters of my fellowmen. However, it always made me feel like I’m just home.

As an avid follower of this longest running TV drama anthology, I don’t fail to watch it unless there are more important matters I have to attend to.

Kudos to MMK and its staff and crew! More power and I hope to see more of our fellowman’s dramatic but inspiring stories!
