Moving Up Ceremony 2013

Today, my daughter’s school held its moving up ceremony for this year. We were there before 8am and able to get the first taste of Raya Photography’s photobooth.

Moving up

The ceremony finished an hour before it was expected to end. That gave us the time to roam around Ayala Mall, and both some Poochie’s supplies. By the way, Poochie is our two month old puppy heehee! The girls wanted to get her a shampoo, and some supplies that I never imagined I’d buy. They are not costly but I never imagined I’d spend for a puppy. Anyway, back to the moving up, I took them to Cabalen for lunch, and went to buy groceries after that before we headed home.

Oh I forgot, Deye was awarded Self-Smart.

Intra-personal intelligence is the capacity to understand oneself and one’s thoughts and feelings, and to use such knowledge in planning and directioning one’s life.  Intra-personal intelligence involves not only an appreciation of the self, but also of the human condition.  It is evident in psychologist, spiritual leaders, and philosophers.  These young adults may be shy.  They are very aware of their own feelings and are self-motivated.

All in all, it was another successful events not only for the kids and teachers, but of course, for the parents. After the Easter holiday, I am off to their school to enroll Ishi for summer. Yep, we will have two students this coming school year.
