I used to have sleeping disorder when I was still working abroad. There was even a time when I had to beg the doctor to prescribe and allow me to take sleeping pills. Weird but back in Bahrain, they don’t just sell sleeping pills over the counter, they have to be prescribed before you could freely take them into your system. That was okay, I wasn’t pregnant then. Experiencing the same problem these days makes me worry. I worry about the baby’s health. Must be the pregnancy discomfort that’s holding me to get a good sleep. I find it hard to get a good position. Sideways don’t seem to relax me and I don’t remember getting this much problem during Deye’s time. *sigh*
I just hope this would get over soon. Yeah, a couple of weeks from now hopefully. I’d rather have sleepness nights staring at my children than staring at the ceiling, watch the lizards move and do nothing. If only I could surf the Internet whole night long, sitting on the bed, I would but that also gives me a back pain.
