Steamed Kangkong in Oyster Sauce

During the weekends without yaya, I always think of something that is easy to prepare and cook. Today, I made Steamed Kangkong in Oyster Sauce flavored with garlic flakes.



Oyster Sauce

Garlic Chips (ready made that comes in jars)

Preparation and Method:

  1. Cut the ends of Kangkong.
  2. Cut the remaining into 3.
  3. Wash thoroughly.
  4. Steam the Kangkong stems and leaves for 5 minutes.
  5. Then add the Oyster Sauce until the stems and leaves are covered.
  6. Break some garlic chips.
  7. Top it on a hot white rice.
