Time-off Online

If you are a regular reader of my blogs, you would have noticed by now the irregularity of my blogposts. It’s not that I have no time to keep up with them but it’s a choice that I have just implemented to myself.

In the past 2 months, I have been too occupied traveling and staying out late that I didn’t have time to bond with my girls that makes me feel more guilty for leaving them in the care of a nanny.

As soon as I arrived from our Team Building 2 weeks ago, on a Sunday which is supposed to be a family day, I laid down for an hour and made sure that everyone is ready for an early dinner outside and a date with my girls at Subic Fiesta Carnival. I just realized, if I don’t do this now I might end up visiting my children in a place like santa barbara drug alcohol rehab treatment center, which I’m certain no parent would want to happen.

That’s why I decided to keep a time-off online and be with my kids after office hours as much as possible. Sure thing, I may have days spent with colleagues or a night out without my children but at least I am sure that their much deserved time is given to them.
