Weight watch tips

I’m sure all the mommies are going through this stage, weight watch. Here are a few humurous mommy tips that you should try:

1) Fill your stomach before hitting the malls, that way you won’t feel hungry even if you pass by your fave restaurants located at the mall. At the same time, you’d save something from dining and use that money for shopping instead.

2) Don’t be afraid to try diet pills like apidexin, but remember always be responsible for whatever it may cause you. And don’t forget weight loss also involves a hardwork, it doesn’t do magic.

3) When dining with friends, talk more, eat less.

4) Eat slowly. I know that time is gold for every nursing and caring mom, but sometimes it pays to take everything slowly.
