Weight watch

Not even two months ago, I weighed myself.

Two months later, to be exact, a week ago, I weighed myself again.

Alarming! Alarming for someone like me who used to look like an anorexic patient. Gotta do something!

Stationary bike. It’s a no no no to me, I get easily tired without even finishing a continuous 5 minutes of biking. Tendency would be I get tired, I eat more. I gain more then.

No to soda. I tried and I still am trying. But it seems like I really can’t live without it.

Diet pills. Might consider soon but I need to be careful on the side effects. Though I heard a lot about oxyelite pro side effects, I would still want to make sure that I am not putting myself into trouble.
