Weight watch

It looks like I lose more than 4lbs. every month. I am not complaining. I love it! I so love the fact that I didn’t have to take some slimming pills to shed some fats that my last pregnancy had left for me.

I am happy that I am close to my pre-pregnancy weight now which was 55kgs. Guess how much I weigh now? 56kgs. Achievement huh? I swear I didn’t watch my diet, I eat whenever I want to. I drink soda whenever I feel the need to. I guess it was lack of sleep that helped a lot. Since the day I gave birth to bunso, I never got to enjoy 8 hours sleep, not even 5 hours sleep without interruption. Healthy or not, I am thankful!
