Since the day I learned that I have high cholesterol, I became conscious (but never cautious) with my food intake. Hahaha! Go figure! I began keeping notes on what not to eat (and I still eat!) and always paid attention on what I read online re: health issues.
One of the most frequent mentions I see and hear online and from people I know is the Apple Cider Vinegar and its plentiful benefits. It almost has everything from curing hiccups to alleviating cold symptoms, and many also said that it also helps fight diabetes, cancer, heart problems, high cholesterol, and weight issues. Now that’s a lot!
2 thumb sized Ginger
2 heads Garlic
1 cup Apple cider vinegar
1 cup pure natural honey
1. Wash thoroughly lemon and ginger in a mixture of water and regular vinegar for pesticide residue.
2. Cut lemons with skin into paper thin sizes. Same with the ginger but peeled.
3. Pound garlic and cut into very small pieces and mix with the rest of the ingredients (apple cider vinegar and honey) in a glass jar and store in the fridge.
4. Drink one tablespoon daily on an empty stomach or half an hour before breakfast or 2 hours after a meal.. Your vein’s blockage will open in most cases.
IMPORTANT: REDUCE JUNK FOOD AND PROCESSED FOOD INTAKE.

Since the ingredients are natural and I know a place nearby where to get pure honey, I am definitely trying this at home. Just perfect for me and my mom who had suffered from TIA (Transient Ischemic Attack) last year.
