I spent most of my hours sitting during the night, and by the time I get to rest and lay down, I would still feel the pain. I wonder if it’s the mattress or is my back just really affected? I read somewhere that a sleep wedge should be able to solve this problem. This is said to be recommended by majority of the doctors to alleviate pain and discomfort.
Now the question is “how much does it cost?” That I have to find out….

i know how you feel. i have a 4 year old and thank god too that she is potty trained but sometimes she don’t want to go to public toilets. ican’t blame her.
