Ingredients:
One loaf of Gardenia bread
2 eggs
One pack of ham
One pack of bacon
Half-bar of Cheddar Cheese
Bread Crumbs
Steps:
Flatten the bread slices using a rolling pin. In my case, I used a bottle of wine and covered it with a plastic film coz I don’t have a rolling pin.
Cut the ham slices into half, and the bacon as big as the width of the bread. Do the same with the cheese and arrange them this way:
Roll it the way you roll a lumpia. Then dip it in a beaten egg, and roll it on bread crumbs.
Deep fry the rolls until its brown.

Looks yummy! I also do this for my 3y old baon in school but minus the bread crumbs and deep frying. I just cut in small pieces the rolled bread with fillings, so it comes out just like pinwheel. Ok will try this one for him, I think he’ll like it too 🙂
sarap niyan.. we also use chicken and bacon as combination.. masarap din
