T’was another fun and insightful evening with such amazing and empowered women ++! Read on and you will know why the ++. It has been our 5th Meetup in Zambales and hasn’t changed the excitement a bit. You were all amazing and really fun to be with especially when you see my selfie stick! Hahaha!
It’s no secret that social media has already taken an important role in promoting ourselves professionally online. Your best headshot gives people an idea of your personality, what you do and can offer. But remember that it’s not just about standing in front of a camera or wearing a top that suits you best.
And because of that, we thought that seeking tips and tricks from a professional photographer would help a lot. So we tapped people who know better. Thanks, big time to Take Two Films and Makeup by Blushworks By Gheneva Manalo for sharing your tips and tricks on how to pose and project for best headshots that could change anyone’s professional life, online and offline.
From topics about personal branding to self-image, which included make-ups and skincare, we were shared with tips and tricks last night on how to pose for professional headshots.
TIPS:
Tip #1 For most ladies who are always bothered or worried about their hairstyles, it is best to determine what suits you best.
Tip #2 With or without makeup, you can still look good. It’s just a matter of knowing your best angle.
TRICKS:
Trick #1 A simple shoulder movement will definitely and automatically make your head move a bit resulting in an effortless pose.
Trick #2 If you are blessed with a double chin, and that doesn’t make you happy at all, move your head a bit forward, and that will do the trick!
Basics as they may sound, but really, I never thought these simple tips and tricks could make a difference.
As usual, thanks for the support, fun games and prizes:
