I’ve read somewhere that in the last decade, 20% of the Top Furniture Retailers in the United States have been using furniture retail software in keeping their records and inventory.
Forgive me but my memory gap struck again. I don’t remember any of the Retailers mentioned on the list. The only thing that stayed in my mind was its helpful feature of check and balance. It does not need multiple entries to get a report. The sale figures go where it’s supposed to be entered. It adjusts the inventory numbers on its own and lets you know if you’re out of balance.
So high tech eh? I must admit, when it comes to handling things like these, Philippines is still behind at some point. I am not even sure if any of the Retailers here in the Philippines have been using this software. Well, if there are, that’s great as it gives less headache to the person in charge handling it.
I am also hoping that soon all bills will be paid online, no matter how small or big the amount is to be settled.
