Those days are gone when your blog earnings could treat the whole family to a decent dine out, or could get you a sofa set that you wished for, and most of all, sufficient enough to renew all your domains and hosting.
With the numbers of bloggers and blogs around these days, plus the fact that direct advertisers are on the look out of new and fresh blogs, that explains well the title of this blog post.
Yes, I have decided to give up some of my working (not anymore) blogs and just keep the ones that are very close to my heart. Masakit sa kalooban. Sobra. My blogs are like my babies. Some were even older than my kids. It’s not easy to see them go but it’s no longer practical if I keep them all and pay for nothing. *sigh*

I am a full-time home-based Marketing Manager by day, 24/7 Mom, and a Blogger/Content Creator in my spare time. Proud mom to 2 girls and 1 boy, Derelle, Erchelle, and Elric.
I am happy to share my adventures as I walk through motherhood and have to do most things on my own while my husband works miles away from us. Turning my passion into a profitable venture is another thing.
Authoring and managing this personal blog developed my social media awareness over the years.
From being an ex-OFW to doing what I am good at in the comfort of my own home – while taking good care of my 3 wonderful kids, I hope that people see me as a great inspiration when it comes to pursuing my passion and turning it into a profitable venture.
A giant leap like this is such a challenging journey but indeed is rewarding. A few bumps along this whole journey did not stop me from being the best version of myself.
Me naman I gave up on some of my blog because I forgot to update them and I didn’t get the notice that the domain expired sigh.
aww.. how long you’ve been blogging po?
7 years, I started in 2007.
Sad naman nito, sis. Okay lang to let go of your other blogs, basta keep on writing, keep on blogging. At true yan, ako rin nakabili ng sala set using my blog earnings. Haha! 🙂
Kalungkot lang sis…
maybe you can migrate relevant blogposts from your other blogs to this blog? I could only imagine how you feel because I only maintain one blog. But it’s really hard to let go something that you’ve built for a lot of years.
Yep, that’s what I did na. 🙂
Ako din sis, I gave up my beauty blog. Sama-sama na lang sila sa isang blog. I only have 2 blogs now, pero mahirap pa rin mag update, lol.
Onga sis, going there na, no choice na eh.
@earthlingorgeous, Di na ba pwede habulin pag ganun?
