A blog hop sometimes serves an eye opener for me. It does not only give me a good blog traffic when people I visited visits me back, but it sure enlightens my mind just by reading lines like this:
Gratitude means thankfulness, counting your blessings, noticing simple pleasures, and acknowledging everything that you receive.
That was Marelisa Fabrega’s introduction for this blogpost. As you read that line along, who do you want to thank for? Have you also thought that sometimes you took them for granted? Instead of thanking them after each thing that you receive, you complain first that the color doesn’t suit you? Or why didn’t you tell me that you’re getting me a shirt, I would’ve picked something else? Or why did you buy me this cake when you know I’m trying to lose weight big time, I am on adapexin, didn’t you know that?
So wrong! Be thankful first that they have thought of you before you complain. Start from there. Then, you’ll be fine.
