One of my fave subjects when taking photos, scenic and nature view. I was able to capture this lonely lady who looked really down and depressed in one of the parks in Vietnam. Perfect for a postcard, isn’t it?

The beauty of nature will help us to be relax and find time to do meditation. When we are in pain, having problems, one way of overcoming these is to go out and find time to do self -healing in nature. Surely you will be healed.
