I had noticed hair loss problem right after I had given birth to my bunso, Erchelle. I didn’t worry much coz some says it’s normal after delivery. It’s been more than a year already but I still have the same problem.
I have been switching shampoos but I guess what I need to find out is the right product for me. Care to share the best hair loss products with me? I’m so sick and tired picking up strands of hair in our bathroom and floor everyday!

A giant leap like this is such a challenging journey but indeed is rewarding. A few bumps along this whole journey did not stop me from being the best version of myself.
My mother in law had hair loss problems and was told to start taking prenatal vitamins and that helped her a lot. Did it start to occur when you went off the prenatal? Maybe try getting back on them.

I use Head and Shoulders because my scalp is always itchy. I don’t flake (thank God), but it itches and it’s annoying. My hair still falls out while washing my hair, but I don’t believe it’s the shampoo. Hair growth and strength is all in what we eat. Check out this site that I came across. Hope it helps for you! http://www.foxnews.com/health/2011/01/04/foods-prevent-hair-loss/
