If there’s one thing I regretted of not pushing through with my first born, it’s breastfeeding. If only I knew the importance of breastfeeding back then over the hours I spent at work, I would have given more time storing breast milk at least. Glad I did it for 6 months with my 2nd one. Yeah, proud of that teehee!
It’s amazing to know that these days, a group of mothers gather to promote the benefits of breastfeeding. This is organized by a Facebook group Breastfeeding Pinays. The activity seeks to promote the importance of women’s rights and proper support for breastfeeding mothers. Unfortunately, many people still condemn breastfeeding in public, which should not be the case. Let’s go over what HAKAB NA! 2017 brings and is all about.
Sounds like an exciting and great bonding for breastfeeding moms who share the same advocacy and point of views. And yes, there’s a small fee for the said event. See below.
The best part is that this event is also open to expectant women. This way, you will be oriented and learn so much as you go along motherhood. Cool eh?
But what if my baby and I have just weaned from breastfeeding? Yes, you can still attend the event and actually become a volunteer.
