I Wish I Was An…

I love to draw. I love abstract designs. I love paintings but does not own one, LOL! I remember back in 1993, my classmates and school friends had a hard time choosing what course they should take up. Would they go with the flow as what they friends like, or follow their parents’ wish or simply follow their hearts?

I did none of the three… Hahaha! When I took up entrance exams in different universities, I filled up different first 3 choices depending on the schools like:

UST

1. Fine Arts > passed
2. Architecture > passed
3. Tourism > passed

Adamson

1. Architecture > passed
2. BSIE > passed
3. Mass Com > passed

Etc… etc… etc…

What course did I end up with? BSIE in Adamson. Taken that my first love is Arts/Designs, I had a doubt that I won’t be able to cope up with the school loads health wise, knowing that these courses really need time “overnight” just to finish a project. I’ve always had a problem with my sleeping pattern that really affected my health back then. In short I was anemic. My father was kinda worried about it too, though he never interfered with my chosen course, I felt it. So, to keep everyone in peace I chose, well, I said okay I’ll take up anything that’s related to drawings. The answer? Engineering. Hehehe!

I learned to love it. I’ve fallen in love with it, but sometimes some good things never last. I stopped. Okay, now that’s another story. The only reason why I’m suddenly blogging about this “what is your ambition/dream?” kind of thing right now was to answer this meme below, nyahahaha!
