My job tasks include coordinating potential clients’ appointment to visit our plant and bring possible sales. Their visits would sometimes last for 3 consecutive days and some of them requests for an overnight in Manila. There were days when their chosen hotels with the best location are fully booked and that leaves us a problem. Where do we accommodate them?
We, Filipinos are well known of our hospitality and almost everyone knows that. Of course, we don’t wanna lose such trademark. That is why we make sure that their requests are catered to the best that we could extend them.
I was very glad to learn about Ibilik’s Manila sublets availability. It is the Philippines’s largest and no.1 Room For Rent / Sublet / Short Term Rental website, with over 100,000 listings posted online all across Philippines, Manila, Antipolo, Caloocan, Pasig, Quezon City, Taguig, Valenzuela, and Zamboanga City. I am thinking of proposing to our boss about the short term rental arrangement. I’m sure we could something that is located near the airport. That would be our no. 1 requirement. We don’t want our guests to experience traffic jam as they leave the Philippines.
To be able to do that, we only need to pass through 3 simple steps:
- Select dates and book a place. Since we do not know when our guests would be coming, I think it wouldn’t hurt much if we rent the place for 6 consecutive months, with or without guests coming in.
- Confirm and pay online. My boss would love this. With no hassles, we can transact whatever is to be done online.
- Print payment code and check-in. Again, another catch that would practically convince our accounting people.
If ever we get this thing done the soonest, a part of my tasks will be taken care with no sweat!
