Eversince I cannot tolerate when an A/C is in full blast. But since we practice co-sleeping, I need to give in. The girls cannot survive without an A/C and take note they still sweat at times when the weather is really really bad even if the A/C is on and in full blast.
The only solution I could think of is get myself heated mattress pads or perhaps an electric blanket. These days, I noticed getting back pains even after a soothing body massage, it just does not relieve me from pain. I’m not sure if it’s because of the A/C, the way I sleep or it’s just one of the signs that I am slowly ageing. Ouch!

A giant leap like this is such a challenging journey but indeed is rewarding. A few bumps along this whole journey did not stop me from being the best version of myself.
Avoid heated pad though, use some good blanket. It might not be a/c, it could be something else, you should check with your doctor.
