One of the very *few MOMents* that Deye & I share is during meal time. I make sure that we eat together whenever I’m home. She also practices what her teacher has told her to pray before each meal. Today’s lunch, our topic was about “blinking our eyes”.
I saw her staring at me and asked me “Mama, why do we blink our eyes?”
As much as I wanted to answer her question, I couldn’t find the right words to say so I went like “Ahhhh *paused for seconds*, basta anak we need to blink our eyes. We’ll Google search later okay?”
After cleaning up the table and washed the dishes, I looked up the computer and search for the answer. It’s right here. Thanks Deye for being inquisitive, I learned something new today teehee! No wonder if one day she’ll come to me and ask me about life insurance.
