We had a 3-day Internal Quality Auditors Training & Workshop last month involving 8 existing Internal Auditors (including yours truly) and officially introduced 7 new Auditors to assist us in the next cycle of internal audit.
The said training and workshop was facilitated by Mr Eliseo Manarez, Jr., RN, MAN, who had been so patient answering our questions and at times irrelevant comments. He says that we were not really that hard to handle but we were much similar as to how high school students would behave when asked for group workshops haha!
We also had an exam and I ranked the 3rd highest among us 15 participants, woohooo!

A giant leap like this is such a challenging journey but indeed is rewarding. A few bumps along this whole journey did not stop me from being the best version of myself.
