After my last pair of Havaianas decided to retire, I was not able to get a new one. Yesterday, we went to Puregold Duty Free after the school event and saw new arrivals at Ipanema section so I decided to go for this instead. This cost me Php949.00, almost at the same range of Havaianas Slim.
I love its color and simplicity. I wanted a white pair but it’s just hard to maintain its whiteness.
By how the sole looks, I’m sure I won’t ever slip.

A giant leap like this is such a challenging journey but indeed is rewarding. A few bumps along this whole journey did not stop me from being the best version of myself.
I’m also a havaianas follower.. but the last pair I bought only stayed with me for less than 6 months. Out of disappointment, I decided to try a pair of Ipanema. I’ve been using it for 4 months now and so far, so good. Though I still miss my havaianas. It just isn’t the same for me. Haha!! Certified “Havaiana-holic”!!
Same here sis, Havs solid ako kaso yung last pair ko din it only lasted for about 6 months din samantalang yung nauna dun eh nasa halos isang taon before it gave up on me.
Kaya sabi ko din try ko naman Ipanema baka mas okay anyway halos same price lang kaso ambigat isuot. Or baka yung napili ko lang ang mabigat.
