My friend visited me yesterday. She’s been in the UK for the past 8 years and decided to work in Saudi for some valid reasons. Well, it’s easy for her to go back anytime because she’s already a citizen there.
While we were catching up yesterday, she mentioned about paying mortgages and that her boyfriend has recently got into property investment but can’t keep up paying on his buy to let mortgages. Though he is able to benefit from appreciation in the capital value of the house, he still finds it difficult to keep up on repayments due to some other expenses that he’s committed to pay.
I told my friend that I don’t know anything about investment or whatever but the least thing I can do is help her search cheap mortgages online. Then she can pass them to her boyfriend. I wish I could help her but I have no idea on this… really….
