Looking back the days when I used to hang out with my girlfriends, I miss them more. We would always sit on these Quality Bar Stools. There was this bar that offers ladies’ drinks on Wednesdays. So every Wednesday, we often find ourselves hanging out, having tequila, sitting on those sexy bar stools. There were 5 of us and none of us would go home normal. We make sure that every single drop of tequila is worth our stay there, well for the night…
But those days became weeks…. months… and now almost a year that we haven’t gone out together. First, it stopped when two of the girls settled down and went back home. One got pregnant while the other went home for good and found her significant other. Later on she got married and stayed in Switzerland. After that, I got married and had a baby a year later. One went back to where we were, but then I came home 4 months ago. The last thing I knew, one of them went to Dubai for a job hunt, the other one also went home temporarily and found a better job in the same country. Hold on hold on, I think I am confusing you. To cut the story short, we’re all miles away now. One is in Dubai. One is in Switzerland. Two are still Bahrain while I am here. I just wish and hope that someday our paths will cross again, somehow, in the same place, sitting on a bar, feeling those bar stools where we used to spend quality time together.
