It’s not the first time that I traveled alone last year. In fact, I’ve always traveled alone even after marriage. My husband & I always end up traveling separately because of our schedules. So, I am kinda used to it. However, I get more nervous and uncomfortable before every time I travel due to lack of insurance. Unlike now that it’s the Company I work for spends for my previous travels, the insurance is taken care of in case of travel emergency.
A sticker mentioning the contact details of the insurance company is stuck on our passport and a print out if the insurance ID is stapled on my passport. Having provided with this insurance makes me at least feel I am also safe even when I travel.
