During the weekends without yaya, I always think of something that is easy to prepare and cook. Today, I made Steamed Kangkong in Oyster Sauce flavored with garlic flakes.
Ingredients:
Kangkong
Oyster Sauce
Garlic Chips (ready made that comes in jars)
Preparation and Method:
- Cut the ends of Kangkong.
- Cut the remaining into 3.
- Wash thoroughly.
- Steam the Kangkong stems and leaves for 5 minutes.
- Then add the Oyster Sauce until the stems and leaves are covered.
- Break some garlic chips.
- Top it on a hot white rice.
