    Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars

    When my cousins visited us here in Subic, I had to prepare something that they haven’t tried yet. As usual, being a Google and Pinterest dependent, I’ve searched for whatever my available ingredients at home would cover. So I ended up making Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars for the first time, of course, recipe grabbed through Pinterest.

    For the Crust:
    • 2 cup Flour
    • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
    • 2/3 cup softened Butter
    • 1/2 cup Sugar
    • 2/3 cup Brown Sugar
    • 1 Egg
    • 2 tsp Vanilla
    • 2 cup Chocolate Chips

    For the Filling:

    • 8 oz softened Cream Cheese
    • 1/2 cup Sugar
    • 1 Egg
    • 1 tsp Vanilla

    Quick n’ Easy Banana Muffin with Maya

    When I get a chance (that happens almost everyday anyway), I prepare something for my girls and make sure that before the clock strikes at 4pm, everything is ready! Today, I made muffins without getting messy in the kitchen. Less ingredients, happier mommy!


    The other day, my youngest, Ishi requested for pancakes. Since we have it available in the cupboard, I gave in. As I was taking out the half pack (250gms) from the box, I read that you can also make muffins out of it, so I kept the half pack aside reserved for muffins.
