Exactly two weeks today since I left my job and focused on my kids and small business. It’s a nice feeling to know that my kids look forward seeing me at school during their dismissal, and spend some time together doing their homework.
Last week came a big surprise to me when both their teachers broke the good news that Ishi ranked 1 while Deye ranked 5 in their classes. Achievements like these deserve a great reward. My dad, took us out the next day.
I also bought them toys as their reward for this achievement. Oh and there’s another one for Christmas it seems, Ate Deye has already asked for the keyboard stand and bench at guitar center that she saw.
I’m glad I made the right decision of giving up my job!
