When SAHMone Speaks Meme #1

When SAHMone SpeaksLooking back the days when you were still single, how would you differentiate your life now? How do you keep up with your busy schedule every day?

Obviously, back then was much easier. I only have to think about myself during my free time. Things have changed since I became a mother most especially. Imagine when I was still a working mom abroad where there was no one else helping us out.

Off days do not really mean an “off” for me. It’s more of an overtime coz that’s also the day when I send my househelp to take a break from a week working. I do the household chores and attend to my two girls.

On week days, my day starts at 5am. Get my preschooler ready, instruct the housemaid for the day and check on bunso. At 7:30 I am usually found in the office and start the day with my emails. I leave the office at exactly 5pm. My officemates say they know when it’s 5pm, coz they see me rushing to the bundy clock. Teehee!

It’s not easy. There are days when it’s not really manageable especially during the times when my past housemaids just decided not to show up. But I guess a daily  schedule really helps. It’s just a matter of time management and you’re good.

Since this is a revival of my previously started Friday Meme back in 2008, and today is the first day of the revived Monday Meme plus the blessings I have received in the past week, there’s a little giveaway waiting for the first two participants.

Here’s the drill:

The first two participants to leave their comments and links through Simply Linked on Monday, Feb 28 (which is the official start of this meme) will receive $5 each through PayPal.

Note: Some may leave comments but not links in Mister Linky or vice versa. This shall be disqualified. I will only qualify those who have left both (comment and link in Simply Linked) at the same time. And of course, you need to post your answer in your blog.

Go go go!
