Yesterday was my parents’ 46th Wedding Anniversary. If my dad was still here and there was no pandemic, we would’ve celebrated it in our favorite restaurant that also serves his favorite pasta – Spaghetti Bolognese – just like the old times.
But since there’s no way we can do either of the two, I just cooked the same dish but made it extra special using San Remo’s bolognese sauce and spaghetti noodles, and topped it up with my homemade meatballs. T’was a hit!
