My daughter needed the above set of Oil Pastel in school last Thursday and I completely forgot about it, my bad! Good thing that classes were suspended due to Typhoon Juaning. Oooops! I meant, we were lucky enough that there were no classes that day, otherwise she’d be in tears again because I have forgotten to buy what their teacher has required them to bring.
That same day, from the office I went straight to the bookstore to buy a set. Indeed a dilemma of a working mom who tries to balance being a career woman and a good mom and teacher at home at the same time.

A giant leap like this is such a challenging journey but indeed is rewarding. A few bumps along this whole journey did not stop me from being the best version of myself.
I know how that feels sis. Although now I’m a work at home mom. Blessing in disguise si Juaning. 😉
By the way here’s mine just in case you haven’t visited yet: Before Classes Start 🙂 Thanksies! ^_^
I share your sentiments! Working mom is sometimes the harassed mom that we completely forget stuff that needs to get done! At least you had a break to finally get those oil pastels 😀 Even though it was due to the big bad typhoon.
