I’ve been eyeing for a town house but unfortunately there are no available units here in Olongapo. Even a unit like victoria condos, I’d probably grab it.
Last weekend, as I’ve mentioned, I stayed overnight in Manila and slept over at my cousin’s condo in Chateau Valenzuela, where some of the Pinoy Big Brother Winners are residing. The girls are growing. Sooner or later they’d need a bedroom of their own and a receiving area to entertain their visitors.
I’d like to have a place that I could call our own. Instead spending thousands every month for the house rental, I’d rather spend it over payments for the house that will soon be ours.
I’ve already checked one in Bataan but the fact that it’s situated on a “pulang lupa” gave me a second thought. I am scheduled to check some units in Subic and I hope to close a deal, of course, with the help of PAGIBIG.
