An officemate of mine just bought a housing unit in Bataan. She wanted everything supervised by herself during the construction of the house including the type of the flooring that she’s going to have.
Downside is she doesn’t have any idea about all these things. So I gave her an idea and advised her to check on pergo flooring, then from there she can decide.
