Since we don’t have a car of our own, we just normally take a taxi whenever we go to SBMA and buy groceries from Royal. This afternoon, as usual after the errands, we went by taxi.
I, then, had a good chat with the driver. I first noticed the stuffed toys hanging in his car. So I asked him if the car was his and he said yes. Then I told him “So you like collecting stuffed toys huh?” And he defended himself quickly “No, they belong to my daughter”. “Ahhh so this car belongs to you? Wow, you must be making good money out of these trips!”. He says most of the days, it’s very minimal. It’s seasonal. The day he got the car, he, of course had to think of getting the cheapest car insurance quotes first, then comes the maintenance and the rest and so on…
Bottomline, it’s not easy even if the car belongs to you, what more if you’re just driving the car and you need to meet a certain boundary daily? Then that’s a different story.
