If I am to design my own house, I’d love to have my windows fixed with exterior shutters. You don’t need an expensive solid wood material to make it look real good. You could now purchase shutters that look like they are made from real wood. Most of the suppliers that I’ve seen online have custom option. You give your design and required sizes, and they’ll quote and do it for you!
