Last month, I lost 2 lbs without taking any weight loss pill. My OB advised me to eat nutritious food rich in proteins. Since I’m not fond of cheese and other source of proteins, I thought a tumbler of “taho” would help me gain my weight back.
Tahô is a Philippine snack food made of fresh soft/silken tofu, arnibal (brown sugar and vanilla syrup), and pearl sago (similar to pearl tapioca). This staple comfort food is a signature sweet and can be found all over the country. The Indonesian and Malaysian equivalent of this dish is Tahu.
Mang Romy, the magtataho who comes to our street supplies me a tumbler worth of P20 taho everyday so, we’ll see in few more days if I did. I’m scheduled to see my OB on the 7th. I hope and pray everything is well with my baby.

Taho is my kids favorite, just like you a certain vendor of taho supplies us taho every morning for my 3 kids.
