After two years, Olongapo, my hometown was again hit by a super typhoon leaving some people dead and houses devastated. In times like this, emergency assistance are very much needed especially when you are caught on the heading back home or going to a business meeting. As far as I know, in some countries, they have something like an rv travel emergency. I really wish that the same thing would be started here.
I also think that the Government in every place should distribute a set of numbers for people to call on emergency cases. Believe it or not, if something happens to anyone of use while at home, I have no idea whom to call. Maybe just call a friend and let that friend pass it around until we got the much needed assistance.
Sometimes, a place has to be in a bad state first before the Government realizes that it needs improvement particularly in assisting people in times of needs.
