At my lunchdate with the girls, I ordered this with no second thought…

Why did I call it a guilty pleasure? Nope, it has got nothing to do with my weight gained. Let me first share the definition of “guilty pleasure”
A guilty pleasure is something one enjoys and considers pleasurable despite feeling guilt for enjoying it. Often, the “guilt” involved is simply fear of others discovering one’s lowbrow or otherwise embarrassing tastes, rather than actual moral guilt.
I feel guilty for having it because:
- Deye is not too well to eat even a spoon of ice cream : Sore throat.
- We do not encourage Erchelle to eat ice cream, if she sees it, she’ll probably cry if we don’t let her try it.
Yet, I still had it. 🙁
