Jil Gyung Yi enables comprehensive treatment and prevention of multiple symptoms, irritations, and inflammation of vagina such as vaginitis, vaginal looseness, dryness, etc. in a most natural and effective way.

I learned that they have recently introduced Jil Gyung Yi in the Philippines. I actually first heard about this from my cousin who resides in Korea, and says that it’s worth to give it a try.  Jil Gyung Yi also claims to be safe for children’s use age 4 y/o above, but being the paranoid mom myself, I wouldn’t let my girls try these. Mild soap and water will do just fine on them.

Here are the ways on how to use it:

For Adults:
Wash hands and vulva before using this product.
Take two tablets and insert them into vagina at a depth of two-thirds of your finger. Place them in the same way as wearing a tampon.
Gently wash the vaginal area with running water the next day and dry.
*It is preferred to use before bedtime. Wearing a pad is recommended for any discharge or vaginal waste.

For Children:
Wash vulva with clean water.
Melt two tablets in 5ml of lukewarm water and let it absorb into vulva.
Wash with clean water the next day.

vul·va ˈvəlvə/ noun ANATOMY

  1. the female external genitals.

Since I have never used tampons all my life, and I personally know that I won’t feel comfortable inserting any of this kind down there,  I chose the latter one. Last night, I melted two tablets in 5ml lukewarm water instead, and used it like a fem wash, of course with my sanitized hand. Worn a pad as highly recommended and surprised to see stains I got after while. At first I thought it was my time of the month but later on realized that it could be the effect of Jil Gyung Yi.

So when is the best time to use these tabs?

Before and after visiting swimming pool, gym, or sauna
Before and after period
Before and after having sex
Before and after pregnancy (Not advisable to use it during pregnancy)

Dosage: 2 tablets once per week

Why do you have to use it?
For cleansing
For Vaginitis treatment
For Vaginal Looseness Treatment (tightens vagina)
For removal of vaginal odor and unwanted secretion
For Vaginal dryness
For improving vaginal elasticity after birth
For menstrual cramp
For improvement of skin tone

Aside from cleansing, menstrual cramp caught my attention after seeing the above list! As some of you know, I have been struggling with Adenomyosis for over 5 years now and thought that this might help me feel better during those heavy days.

Jil Gyung Yi claims to have no side effects, and contains natural key ingredients: aloe, cactus, peppermint, and agelica gigas.

So if you are looking for a total vaginal solution, maybe it’s time to check and try Jil Gyung Yi. It is now available online in Lazada. A box of 6 tabs costs Php900, way cheaper than visiting your doctor whenever.
