Puto Bumbong is a native delicacy that is especially intended for Christmas. “Puto” means steamed glutinous rice, and “bumbong” means bamboo cannon – ChristmasJoy.net.
After a long time, I had the chance to try it. I love it! Deye loves it! I’ll have some more later heehee! There’s one more that I’d like to have, a bibingka. I’ll get some one of these days but first I need to check on healthy grilling.
