Do you make your kids finish their plates? Why or why not? If she didn’t have enough prior to that meal, I do. My 5 yo is a picky eater. She loves corned tuna, tocino, corned beef and fried fish to death. No matter how delicious and attractive the food are in front of her, she would still go for her favorites which I feel are unhealthy if eaten frequently. So, how much is that enough? A very reasonable amount a 5 y/o can finish.
So imagine the dilemma I face everyday preparing her school baon. That’s how I came up to a good set up in the house by keeping a house jar of good deeds. How ’bout you?
